The Board is led by Indigenous women. It offers more than 250 years experience working with Indigenous communities and expertise in over 15 industries. The Foundation is proud to appoint a diverse Board.

The role of the Board is to ensure the Big River Impact Foundation maintains high standards, governance, accountability, transparency and sensible fundraising ratios. Our skill-based Directors each bring a diverse range of expertise and experience.

All Director are unpaid which is in keeping with our focus on minimising administrative costs.

Big River Impact Foundation acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands we visit through the course of our work and recognise the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders both past, present and future.
